We want you to love everything you order from us! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help — just take a look at our simple return guidelines:

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, perfect condition with all packaging necessary for its safety.

• Customized Orders: Custom pieces over $300 are specially made just for you and, unfortunately, can’t be returned.

• Restocking Fee: For items over $200, a small 15% restocking fee will apply.

• Return Timeframe: Please request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned within a 30-day window

• Exchange Policy: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we offer a 30-day exchange window. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the process.

• Easy Return Process: Just reach out to us first so we can authorize your return and make it as smooth as possible! Refunds are processed after the item arrives for inspection.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake with your order.
